Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays, and every yr I like to get into the mood-extend the holiday, since it were-by reading “Thanksgiving novels.” Not surprisingly, most of these stories are mostly about family and friends, about coming together to heal old hurts and getting thanks for the gift of love. .. .. ==

Hi, I’m also a Stargate fan. I wrote a review of the first episode of Sanctuary. You’ll have to check it out and tell me what you think. I was so looking forward to Sanctuary, but I don’t believe Sci Fi channel can really be trusted with good stuff. The people in charge of the network seem to want cutting edge stuff or just plain garbage, like ECW wrestling? What is that? Who made THAT call? Mark Stern I hear. I love Stargate…I’m not happy with the cancellations. Stargate Atlantis seems like it’s just getting off the ground, not coming to an end. Of course, I’ll give the new series a chance, but I’m not excited about it. I want to be, but Sci Fi keeps letting me down. I wrote a brief thing about this new series getting the go ahead as well. I am writing to tell you that the spin-off of the very funny Obama song, “I’ve got a crush on Harper “has been recreated by former Conservative staffers for political gain as opposed to for humor, fun, and/or awareness. It, in fact, is full of the party’s key messages. Although the people behind it say it is a parody, that is not really true.

Jean Claude Trottier, who received permission from Barely Political to use the song is in fact a former staffer. The spokesperson is the former Deputy Director of Communications to the Prime Minister. Until, at least, 2007, Trottier was a financial contributor to the Conservatives.

If you would like proof of this, please request it and it is yours. The media will be all over this shortly.
